Once your items are in the cart, proceed to checkout and submit your order.
Please make sure your contact details are correct so we can keep you informed about your order or contact you if needed.


🚚 Shipping

We ship orders using a reliable carrier:

  • GLS – delivery directly to your address

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


💳 Payment – Safe and Secure

You can pay using:

  • Credit / debit card

  • Bank transfer

Cash on delivery is not available due to repeated cases of uncollected parcels. This allows us to keep shipping and product prices fair for all customers.

If you choose bank transfer, there is no need to worry – payment is made to our official business account, and your order is processed and shipped immediately after the payment is received. You will be informed by email.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • You can return goods within 14 days of delivery

  • If the product does not suit you or you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Damaged items & exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged, we cover all return shipping costs

  • In case of an exchange, we also cover the shipping costs
